“Elite Thermal” is a group of technically & professionally qualified technocrats having over 25 years of experience in the field of design, manufacture, after sales service & marketing of industrial thermal equipments featuring steam boilers, thermal fluid heaters, hot water generators, hot air generators, fluid bed dryers, spray coolers & a full range of other allied thermal equipments.
We have standardized designs as well as the capability to manufacture custom engineered products to meet certain specific requirements of customers.
Our manufacturing facility is at Shirwal (Satara district) near Pune – Bangalore highway. It has certifications featuring IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) Certification & ISO 9001 : 2008 Quality Management Systems Certification.
We have a large customer reference with installations all around the world with our products giving excellent performance to our customers, in turn contributing to our customers’ continuous growth.
About 80% of our regular business is through repeat orders received from our existing customers expanding their businesses, which justifies the faith shown by our existing customers in our products’ quality, excellent performance, reliability & prompt & reliable technical support provided to them.
Our products are designed in such a way that they confirm to the principle of energy conservation with average thermal efficiencies of about 93% based on NCV of fuels & 86% on GCV of fuels. PCRA (Petroleum Conservation Research Association) has certified these efficiency figures for our boilers.
